PURPOSE
LiveTwelve provides coaching, educational content, and digital tools designed to help you live with greater intention and clarity. By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or engaging in our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
LIFE ALIGNMENT ASSESSMENT
The Life Alignment Assessment is a tool intended for personal reflection and growth. Results are based on your self-reported inputs and are provided for educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional psychological or medical advice.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All sales of digital products, including guides, templates, and courses, are final. Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds will be issued once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
MEMBERSHIP
LiveTwelve memberships grant access to exclusive content and community features. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as selected at signup. You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
COACHING AND GOLF 360
Coaching and specialized programs like Golf 360 are subject to individual agreements. Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of the session fee.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the LiveTwelve site, including the 12 Principles, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of LiveTwelve and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without express written permission.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
LiveTwelve and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or participation in our coaching services. Your use of any information or tools provided is at your own risk.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in North Carolina.
